2001 Suburban Rear Passenger Windows do not Operate?—by Charles H
The rear passenger windows on my 2001 Chevy Suburban (50,000 miles - always garaged) do not operate either up or down. They are currently in the up (closed) position, so there is no real hurry to get this fixed, but annoying that they do not work. They do not operate with either the rear door switches or the front, driver switch. The problem was intermitant, but seems to have become permanent for a while now. I suspect that there is a loose connection in the wiring harness in the driver door, but do not know how to remove the switches in order to troubleshoot. Are there any other suggestions? Can anybody describe how to troubleshoot this problem? Thanks.

there are a couple of options for you……take it to the dealer (duh)
…buy the manual and fix it yourself
my pontiac has the same issue… sometimes the windows work, sometimes they dont. maybe you just need to talk to your car and see what it says, maybe it is depressed and just does not feel like working. who knows, temermental little cars sometimes.
I would say best solution… take it to the dealer. probably wiring of some sort.
