Save yourself some money and buy online. This is standard Uhaul equipment. Install takes 30 minutes max. Works great.

Feels like a very solid hitch. Took about an hour to install, and the instructions were simple, but be sure to read them carefully. You really need to torque the bolts down in order to compress the spacers that go between the hitch and the frame, but it will flex to fit. Looks good on my element, too. Not too bulky.
