The suspension is equally crisp but not so stiff as to be objectionable if you were driving on, say, the potholed roads of Michigan . The R/T easily sliced through aggressive turns, and stayed firmly planted when we hit some squirrely whoop-de-doos.

thecarconnection reviewed the 2008 Dodge Avenger and gave out”There’s a notable difference in road feel with the SXT. Steering is lighter, not mushy but just not nearly as well-connected as with the R/T. And the suspension is lighter, less firmly-planted. We’d urge Dodge to offer the R/T suspension tuning with at least this mid-line model.”

The Dodge sheetmetal is as radically different from the Sebring as the Sebring is from everything else in the mid-size sedan segment, but not such a departure for Dodge loyalists who love the look of the Charger. The Aveo 5 is very similar to the regular Aveo except for the fact that it is a hatchback. Chrome door handles and Leatherette seats enhance the Aveo’s body design.

AOL reviewed the 2008 Chevrolet Aveo5 and gave out”The Chevrolet Aveo sedan offers attractive pricing and a pleasant interior. There is nothing about it that makes it stand out, including fuel economy which is significantly below its major competitors. Plus, questions about the long-term reliability of the Daewoo-built Aveo make better-known brands such as Honda and Toyota far safer bets although they cost more.”

The 2008 Cadillac CTS launches the second-generation of the smaller of Cadillac’s two midsize sedans.

howstuffworks gave the 2008 Cadillac CTS Review and Prices and write”The 2008 Cadillac CTS launches the second-generation of the smaller of Cadillac’s two midsize sedans. Its exterior styling represents an evolution of the razor-edged Cadillac design theme introduced with the original 2002-2007 CTS and refined in the larger 2008 Cadillac STS—GM hasn’t announced prices for the 2008 Cadillac CTS, but figure about $33,000 to start. Expect a multitude of available option packages, some of which you might have to buy to get certain features, such as all-wheel drive or the 300-horsepower engine. Figure a loaded 300-horsepower, AWD 2008 Cadillac CTS to sticker near $45,000.”

More important is the fact that the 2008 CTS has a wider track. This pulls the bottom edge of the car out, and gives it a broader, more confident stance. It looks less slab-sided and upright than the current CTS

Newcartestdrive review the 2008 Cadillac CTS and gave out”Driving enthusiasts haven’t been neglected, either. The current upgrade engine will be standard in the 2008 CTS in North America: a four-cam, variable valve-timing 3.6-liter V6 generating 255 horsepower and 252 pound-feet of torque. That will give the CTS more standard power than nearly all sedans in its class….”
