Cons: Problems with transmition and unacceptable service from Bob Smith of Calabasas dealership
I bought my BMW-750LI in the beginning of January 2008 from Bob Smith dealership of Calabasas, CA. As I drove my car home the same day, I noticed that the vehicle lurches when slowing-down harsh downshift, giving very unpleasant sound. As I understood, there was a problem with the transmission. Any driver would understand how it is-buying a new luxury car with a broken transmission. I took the car back to the dealership twice. Nothing was fixed. I started bombarding the dealership and the headquarter with my complains, hoping to get some solution, but all in vein. The are unable to fix the car, and they refuse to change it. This is the 3 month -I still can
