I felt like this was an extended cab steal with the 4 cyl, automatic, a/c, and preferred equipment package, purchased for just under $16,500. The ride is more truck-like than some of the softer rides out there, but it has a good solid feel to it and a nice height. The four banger has plenty of power when needed and couples up smoothly with the automatic transmission. The exterior is very attractive with lots of chrome and the interior, although truck-like, is nice. Interval wipers, cruise control, automatic headlights, cargo light, 12v utility outlets, and AM/FM CD player are all nice features. The body lacks the super smooth finish of competitors, but is very presentable. I especially like the 60/40 front seat and optional jump seats in the rear. Access is easy with the 4-door styling. It is hard to find a 4-cylinder extended cab with so much value built in. Most of these you see on the road are Chevy Colorados and GMC Canyons. Same truck, different name.

My first 400 miles, all city, got 24.8 miles to the gallon. I can’t wait to try a distance trip. The little booster seats in the back have wonderful hooks for the child car seat and are safe. The windows are perfect for viewing all around. My little girl loves that she has a back seat speaker for the radio, and a window just the right height to be able to see. The heater does not blast me on the foot as some vehicles do and have louvers that really close. I am long legged and this little truck gives me plenty of leg room. That is a major plus. Driving it up the mountain to the top of the Sandia’s was no problem even though there was plenty of snow and ice to deal with. A plus so far
Favorite Features
Ability on snow and ice was nice. Leg room is great. Inside is comfortable. Suspension for turnig is ok too.
Suggested Improvements
Visors are almost useless! Rear window mirror needs to be upgraded.
