2008 Jaguar X-Type Auto Cars Plus Infor
The 2008 X-Type is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sedan, or luxury wagon, available in two trims, the 3.0 and the Sportwagon.

Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 3.0-liter, V6, 227-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
The 2008 X-Type is a carryover from 2007.

When will I need maintenance done on my 2004 x-type jaguar?
It has 50,000 miles on it and I just purchased it April 2008.

Jags are finickey. Is it a 12 cylinder?
Usually warranties for these cars required them to be maintained at a certified Jag dealership ONLY! Read your maintenance agreement carefully. May warranties are null and void if they were not maintained by Jag machinics.
Get your owners manual out and read it thoroughly. Keep the oil changed however often ir sttates even thos your mileage has not reached the milage, and rotate the tire every 4 months
