2008 Mercury Mariner Auto Cars Plus Infor
The 2008 Mariner is a 4-door, 5-passenger sport-utility, available in 6 trims, ranging from the I4 4X2 to the Premier 4X4. Upon introduction, the I4 4X2 is equipped with a standard 2.3-liter, I4 , 153-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 26-mpg on the highway.
The Premier 4X4 is equipped with a standard 3.0-liter, V6, 200-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims. The 2008 Mariner is redesigned for 2008.
