carseek has reviewed the 2008 Mercury Milan and given out”Comfort features of the 2008 Milan include a power-adjusted driver’s seat, AM/FM radio and CD player with an input jack for mp3 players, and power door locks and windows. The Sync system is an optional feature, and includes hands-free cellular access as well as a DVD-based navigational system.”

NewCarTestDrive has reviewed the 2008 Mercury Milan and given out”The Mercury Milan is a nice family car. From the waterfall grille up front to the brushed metallic trim inside, this is a Ford platform upgraded to Mercury status, with more standard equipment and more soul. Milan doesn’t have the engines to compete with the best in the class, but it is comfortable, classy, and attractively priced. It rides nice on rough roads and is highly stable on the highway. All-wheel drive greatly enhances its safety and handling in slippery conditions.”

Does anyone have a 2008 Mercury Milan?
Do you like it? Do you regret buying it?

    2. Stupid Flanders Says:

My Dad just got a 2008 Ford Fusion SEL V-6, which is the exact same car as the Milan, only less expensive.

He hasn’t driven a Ford in 20+ years and thinks that they really hit a Home Run with it.

Consumer Reports recommends the Milan and the Fusion.

Is the mercury milan 2008 good?
i’m think to buy one for my dealer

    4. Country Boy Says:

As you know the 08 Mercury Milan counter part is a Ford Fusion. The new 08 Taurus is a totally different car. It looks like the Ford 500 with a Fusion grille. The 08 Taurus is a heavy bone jarring ride.
My one and only gripe with the Fusion and Milan is the location of the ignition key cylinder. A 6′ 4″ person gets in and slides the seat back. It’s more comfortable to me to have the steering wheel all the way down. OUCH! The ignition key plunges into my right knee cap. Why would a car company place a key cylinder slanted down instead of straight, upwards or near the pivot point of the steering column. It also has no telescoping feature.

No kidding, this is what stopped me from buying a Ford Fusion with the DOHC V6 motor.

Mercury Milan, or Ford Fusion? 2008.?
I know this is not the best place to get car advice, but im trying to choose, and are willing to listen to any1

    6. someone Says:

milan and fusion are the same car so your best bet (from a money standpoint) is to buy the one that is giving you the best deal if money is not really the issue with your decision then chose the one you like the looks of the best so you will be happier for longer (i work at a ford dealership and we tell customers “dont let a few thousand make a thirty thousand dollar decision”)
