2008 Nissan Altima Coupe AutosFans Collection
The Altima Coupe, which made its debut in the shadows of Hollywood at the 2006 Los Angeles Auto Show, fills a desire among target customers for a more personal expression of style, individuality and fashionable appearance. The Altima Coupe’s unique exterior design is intended to stand out in a crowd of sedan-based two-door models with magnetic, perfectly proportioned styling with a shorter wheelbase, shorter overall length and lower height than the Altima Sedan.

The 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe is a 2-door, 5-passenger family coupe, available in two trims, the 2.5 S and the 3.5 SE.Upon introduction, the 2.5 S is equipped with a standard 2.5-liter, I4, 175-horsepower engine that achieves 26-mpg in the city and 35-mpg on the highway. The 3.5 SE is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 270-horsepower engine that achieves 21-mpg in the city and 29-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims, and a variable speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional.
Nissan Altima Coupe Reviews:
Edmunds test the 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe and gave out”If you’ve got a specific craving for a more decadent rear-drive car like the Ford Mustang GT or Mazda RX-8, you shouldn’t ask an Altima coupe to satisfy it. But if you’re willing to admit that ride comfort, fuel economy and interior spaciousness are important, then the 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe is one of the best options out there. Among the current population of V6 front-drive coupes, the 3.5 SE is by far the best drive.”
Autosite Preview the 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe and gave out”that Nissan has a potential winner on its hands. The car looks good, and if it moves like the new sedan, it’ll be as fun to drive as it is to look at. Nissan is unofficially projecting that about 10 percent of Altima sales will be the coupe. We’d strongly suggest that they gear up for more.”

I purchased an Altima Coupe when they were first released I paid around 33,000.00 but you can pay a lot more depending on the accessories you may or may not want. Accessories are quite expensive for this model.
Gas mileage isn’t too bad. I am used to driving a 4X4 Truck which was a Gas Guzzler. So I am quite pleased with my Altima.

1st make sure you did not run over a plastic bag and it is burning off the exhaust. 2nd I would agree with the answer the blower motor resister is just hot enough for you to smell it working there are lots of chemicals that evaporate from new cars. Oh BY the way nice car…is it a six speed manual?
