2008 Subaru Impreza Review

Except for fuel economy, the 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX works well as an all-purpose car. But if you want something more tightly tuned, wait for the STi version.

CNET reviewed the 2008 Subaru Impreza and gave out”The good: The all-wheel-drive system on the 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX helps the car hold the corners well. The navigation system has impressive graphics and a complete points-of-interest database. The stereo has the most tweakable equalizer we’ve ever seen in a car. The bad: Bluetooth cell phone integration doesn’t seem to be available, and the Impreza WRX’s fuel economy is mediocre for a small car.”

I think its a good idea! Subaru is a good car maker next to Honda. Get 2009 one though.

Which should I buy: the 2008 Mazda 3 i touring value OR 2008 subaru impreza 2.5i sedan?
Hey guys. I’m trying to decide on a car to buy and I’ve narrowed it down to either the 2008 mazda 3 or 2008 subaru impreza. I like the mazda because it looks nice, handles nice, and seems to be a pretty reliable car. On the other hand, the subaru impreza may not look as nice, but it has all wheel drive and is supposedly safer than the mazda (the mazda scored 3 out of 5 stars for the side crash test, 4 out of five stars for the front crash test while the subaru got 4-5 out of 5 side, and 5 out of 5 front). So, any advice as to which I should ultimately buy? Thanks!!

    Mazda 3 VS Subaru Impreza
~~The Subaru has been aiming to produce performance-based vehicles. Given the fact that they are experienced with rally cars and racing-drifters, they now want to Impreza to be practical for car consumers, which giving it a splash of the wild-side ( sportiness). Thus, the Impreza has outstanding performance, but does not appeal to most buyers due to its ugly looks. Also, the maintainance fee is very costly. Need a repair for the car? money out of your pocket! in large sums too. yup @@!!!.
~Mazda 3, the all new 3-series is as reliable and cheap as ever. The desginers gave both the exterior and interior minor tweaks, and is now 40% more fuel efficient than the previous model. It is very roomy, has great looks, white Xenons :D, great cargo space, and very quite at high speeds. Also, repair fees are very low.
~~Final verdict, the best choice would be to go for the Mazda 3. Even though it does not perform as good as the Impreza, the Mazda is more practical and cheaper.
~~Hope this helps, take your time!! =D

    Subaru Impreza 2008 modifications?
I would like if someone please, give me some sites, where I can find mods, like tint lights, spoilers, and what ever for the Subaru Impreza 2008. - Ebay doesn’t have much. and there are alot of sites out there but I can’t seem to find a good one.

Subaru Impreza 2008 (Hatch 5Door)……. please help me=]

    Respect, and thanks guys :)

I would look to NASIOC.com for all the Subaru info you need. Many good vendors selling anything you need. Also do some research before any power mods because those cars are very picky about mods and you can easily damage your engine with something as simple as a intake or a blow off valve. Not going to find much for the exterior but try subarugenuineparts.com. Rockblocker for light overlay’s.
