About Nissan
Nissan Motor Co. Ltd, was established in 1933 in Japan. However, it did not start selling vehicles under its own name until 1981. Instead, it sold vehicles under the Datsun moniker: Datsun Sunny, Datsun 280ZX, and Datsun 510.Beginning in 1981, Nissan began to sell vehicles under its own name. The first car sold under the Nissan name was the Nissan Bluebird. It went on sale in 1982 and was known as the Nissan Stanza in the U.S. Also in the Eighties, Nissan built its first U.S. plant in Smyrna, Tennessee, where it produced such SUVs and trucks like the Nissan Hardbody and Pathfinder. Later the plant would produce such cars as the Altima.

I love this SUV SE 4X2. The look of this truck will stand the test of time because it is ahead of it’s time. With the addition of the 24’s and grill, this jewel is a real head turner. The big V-8 effortlessly moves this vehical. The bose sound system is all you need and more. One of the best I have ever owned hands down.

We travel all over the states with this vehicle SE 4X2. It handles alot of weight and the tow package was a great addition. The stereo sorround sound is awesome and very little maintenance is necessary. The car is built to last as all Nissans. It is better on price than the Infinity…

I now have almost 6oK miles and I have not had any problems with the LE 4X4. I replaced the tires at 50K and just replaced the battery at 60K. I have taken this Armada to Wyoming from Virginia on two road trip vacation and it was the best time we had in family fun. The room inside is great, you can really sleep in the rear with seats folded. The ride is comfortable and there are tons of features. I compared this to Toyota and hands down this is much better value…more features less price. I even liked the seating in here better than Toyata.

This LE 4X4 is my second Armada, I thought about the Q56, GX 470 and the Sequoia. I sat down in the 2009 LE 4X4 loaded and was sold immediately. I had to trade my 2007 because of a job-relo, I missed it; but this 2009 is way more sharp and the features are top notch. In the end I’m glad it worked out the way it did.
Fuel economy is bad but it does use flex fuel, which is offered in lots of Illinois gas stations.

bought 2009 le 4×4 model last may and took it to glacier national park a month ago. put 4k miles on it and got about 14.5mpg out of this thing. that was an expensive drive. luckily we packed in enough people in the first and second rows so it was cheaper than a flight fee. third row nobody dare to sit in since it is so cramp. we threw in camping gears in there and end up using it for only that purpose. this truck is capable on any terrain. initial built quality is good so far. when we were up there on the going to the sun road we parked this behemoth with a handbrake set and it made that creaking/grinding sound like it was going to roll down hill. we took it off road in the badland national park and it does it job well since we didn’t get stuck there. if you don’t mind stopping to fill this thing up all the time then this is quite a pleasant truck to own. it serves it purpose for people who live out west…but for city folk like me that probably the most extreme i am going to use it for. i probably will trade it in for a more egalitarian vehicle…but the resale price will kill me. what a hole i dig myself into…
