Overall, the Acura RDX is designed for drivers who do not want to compromise cornering for a comfortable ride (hence, the firm suspension), but want upscale accommodations.

Index of 2010 Acura RDX Expert Reviews
- newcartestdrive—The Acura RDX is a compact crossover sport-utility built more for sporty performance than comfortable cruising, so it appeals to buyers whose driving style is on the enthusiastic side. The 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine is turbocharged to produce 240 horsepower, and it isn’t tame. The firm suspension is aimed at cornering, and doesn’t make many compromises. The RDX has many desirable touches inside the cabin, a full set of features, and quality engineering.
- thecarconnection—The 2010 Acura RDX keeps its energetic personality intact-along with its slightly nervous feel-and gets a more fuel-frugal front-drive edition that’s worth considering on price and gas mileage.STYLING: Athletic and attractive, the 2010 Acura RDX is unmistakably an Acura;PERFORMANCE:Athletic moves are part of the 2010 Acura RDX’s personality, but fuel economy dulls its brilliance;QUALITY:The 2010 Acura RDX carries two passengers and their stuff with ease, but backseat passengers will have reason to complain;SAFETY:The Acura 2010 RDX is among the safest vehicles in its class;FEATURES:The 2010 Acura RDX has more high-end audio features than many homes-and a savvy list of standard luxury items, too.

For a small premium SUV this 5-Spd AT beats the others by a mile. I considered the BMW X3 as the alternative.
This is the best drive I’ve had – very comfortable seats, the turbo kicks in just when you need it, everything is beautifully designed and placed well. The technology is intuitive and easy to use.
