Introduction of 2010 Chevrolet Corvette
The 2010 Corvette is a 2-door, 2-passenger sports car, or convertible sports car, available in 21 trims, ranging from the Coupe LT1 to the ZR1 ZR-3.
Upon introduction, the Coupe LT1 is equipped with a standard 6.2-liter, V8, 430-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 26-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. The ZR1 ZR-3 is equipped with a standard 6.2-liter, V8, 638-horsepower, supercharged engine that achieves 14-mpg in the city and 20-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard.
The 2010 Corvette is a carryover from 2009.
