The 2010 IS is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sports sedan, available in 4 trims and MSRP as following:
250 RWD Manual — $31,845
250 RWD — $33,015
250 AWD — $35,475
350 RWD — $37,295

Upon introduction, the 250 RWD Manual is equipped with a standard 2.5-liter, V6, 204-horsepower engine that achieves 18-mpg in the city and 26-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard. The 350 RWD is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 306-horsepower engine that achieves 18-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.

The 2010 IS is a carryover from 2009.
