Car Sound System and Cost?—By Dale
Howdy,Just a quick question for you car people.I’m looking to put in a DVD-receiver (deck), 4 door speakers, 2 tweeters, 2 12′ subs, and an amp.For a decent system, how much should this cost (with install).Ive got 1 grand. Am I good?Thanks in advanced!

I have a pioneer dvd screen memphis speakers/amp/2 12″ subs (memphis makes bad *** subs)
and got it all for 1200 even.but thats probably because the guy owned his own store and all my friends go to him and he is just really nice and cut a deal (he didnt charge for install or tax) whatever you do just make sure that you go to a car audio place, not somewhere like best buy or circuit city

    It depends on what brand are the equpment instalation profesionaly is around 80 an hour

    You can pry get it done for $1000 but I don't think it will be a hole lot of high end equipment. I don't know about the install though, that can get very expensive.
