Motorcycle Accident And Insurance
Motorcycle Accident And Insurance?—By Zach and Eve M
I’m in California I was involved in a single bike wreck. immediately after wards two other motorcyclists collided in a separate but close in time and distance accident to mine. Now the insurance company is coming after me to pay the bill (Metaphorically). What should I do? any suggestions?

If the Other Accidents Did not Collide with your Car/Bike and you did not collide with them or the person you hit. Then you are in a Seperate situation. I’ve seen this before.. It’s normally because 1 of them didn’t have insurance so they try to go after the person who does. You need to write a letter to your insurance company as well as call and talk to a manager.. Tell them That your Situation had nothing to do with their situation. Your Bike Hiting the other person did not come in contact with any other Car/bike Therefore you have nothing to do with their accident. just because the other people where not paying attention that has nothing to do with you.

Tell them you were not involved in their situation, and therefore have no liability towards them. Just say “I was involved in a single bike wreck. immediately after wards two other motorcyclists collided in a separate but close in time and distance accident to mine.”
