PVC Piping fits on atv
Where can I get PVC Piping that fits on this sized air intake on my atv?—By Justin G
I have a 150cc no name brand utility atv. It runs well but here’s the problem. I need to make a snorkel for it but cant find out how to install it. The intake on the quad isn’t exactly round. Here’s the size. Its 1 inch and 1 quarter left to right and 2 and a half inches up and down.(this is the inside part of the intake.I measured it from the inside part. I wanna know what kind of piping I can get that will fit that shape of intake. I need the snorkel so that I can make some water crossings without it turning off on me. Please Help !!

Do a little looking around for about an 1 7/8″ or so rubber or similar flexible tubing – you should be able to secure that onto the intake and clamp it down – creating the oval. You can then transition it to a round snorkel and run it up. Just be sure that its a material that is fairly oil-resistant, so it’ll last.
