If you remove that black plastic cover behind the mirror (on the inside of the door)(it just pops off) there should be 3 nuts to remove and 2 plastic push clips in the weather strip. Unplug your electrical connector and remove the mirror assembly. Reverse proceedures to install. Yes it is very easy to change that mirror.
