    a complete auto service means they do everything from front end work, transmission work, brakes, exhaust work. everything.

    that is a very broad question and is usually make specific..check your owners manual based on the mileage and you should get a good idea what needs to be done..or let os know the make/model/year/miles and we can give you some advice…the more you tell us = better help for you
