Get the alignment checked they will inspect tie rods, tires, bushings.I have also seen u-joint on the drive shaft cause a vibration on accelerating or slowing down but doesn’t cause the front end to wounder, the transmission will not cause the front end to wounder

look at your tires and make sure that they arent wearing in an uneven pattern. that will cause it to vibrate really bad. check struts cv joints and all your front end parts for wear

If you needed an alignment, the suv will attempt to steer off the road.
If the steering wheel shakes while driving say over 40-80 miles per hour that would warrant that you need the tires balanced, or your outter-tierods are worn.

hi, here is my problem, When I try to start my car, all I hear is clicking noises… When I jumpstart it, it runs, but then when I turn off the car, it won’t start again. The lights won’t turn on either. Does anybody know what’s wrong with my car? Is it the alternator? A faulty battery? I have no idea thanks for comment

    Hi fonzi!

Remove and clean battery cable connections at the battery. Have battery charged and load tested. That should solve it. You may have a bad alternator not keeping the battery charged. That would be the second check if the battery tests OK.
