Synthetic is better than conventional oil in every way but cost. You can use it if you wish. Would not use sea foam though.

Go with Mobile 1 and do your changes at 6K miles. If you run a non synthetic oil change it every 3K miles. When synthetic oil is used and changed right it cost less than non synthetic oil. Plus if the cooling system is serviced each fall, hoses, cooling fans and belts replaced ever three years so the engine don't run ever run hot you will wear the body out years before the engine, same with a transmission or transaxle on synthetic oil fluids.
