Do you know of any extremely low cost car insurance for cars? Please dont say companies like Geico, progressive, etc. i am looking for something that I have not looked at already- that maybe someone on here has experience with. i live in NJ, but that really doesnt matter when shopping for auto insurance.

The best price depends on a lot of factors. Where you live, how you use the car (commuting, business or just “pleasure” use), and how old you are and if you are married or not. And the state does matter, some companies won’t write insurance in New Jersey, because they think there are too many accidents in that state.
Also, are you looking to just get the legally required minimum policy or do you want good coverage? That makes a difference too.
