Can I use 5.0 Mustang Mods on the 5.0 Lincoln Town car?—by Leroy_20…
I am looking for a little additional power without sacrificing to much gas mileage in return. Any ideas on how to generate 20-30 horses from Mustang parts. My Town car is an 88 if that helps…

I drive a heavily modified 5.0 Mark VII and all my speed parts are mustang parts.
Cheap ponys is open up the exaust, remove the air silencer outside the air filter and bump the timing up from the factory 10 to 13-15 degrees BTDC. Warning, when you hit close to 15 degrees you may need to go to 93 octane to stop pinging.
